Bhavana original name is Karthika Menon, better known as Bhavana born on 6 June 1986 in Thrissur, Kerala is an Indian film actress. Bhavana is the daughter of Pushpa and assistant cinematographer, G. Balachandra Menon. She has one brother Jayadev, who currently lives in Canada. She studied at Holy Family Girl’s High Scool, Thrissur.
At the age of 16, she debuted in her first film, Kamal directed movie Nammal in the year 2002, which won her critical acclaim and various honors. In a career of eight years, Bhavana has appeared in over frty-five films, in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada languages, while winning one Filmfare and two Kerala State Film Awards.
Bhavana is said to be paired with Emraan Hashmi in an upcoming Bollywood movie.
